The governor should take a stronger stand on school vouchers, on several dimensions. That is a winnable issue, but she caved in her first year.

brilliant, again. Surprised how much entertainment you cleverly squeeze out of the cro-magnon bozos currently "in charge"...

The AZ Democratic party had better prepare lots of TV spots explaining, specificly, how Govenor Dobb's vetoes have served Arizonans. The Dems need to take the offensive and beat the repubs who will certainly do ads whining about Hobbs. I'm afraid that the Dems will dither and not get it done.

What do you have against Eloy? (Not being a native Arizonian, I may not be aware of the subtleties of references here.) I absolutely love the names you have come up with! With a few tweaks, they also apply to our national Congress!

So funny, So naughty, So right!!!!

But lay off Eloy! WE don't need to do that. That's THEIR level.

Amazingly, AZ has a Gov with courage. A vital piece of effective politics, along with compassion and intelligence. ALL of those characteristics are missing in nearly 100% of Repugnants, and some Democrats, both statewide and nationally.

I’m voting for # 2 - so perfect until #15 showed up. Tough choice but thanks for the ideas.

I'm appalled at the magnitude of some of the highway projects in the budget, e.g.

$14M+$15M to STUDY highway corridors. I bet professors or grad students at the Uoa could it as well for much less dinero.

$10M to design an interchange at I-10 and Cortaro. C'mon how many intercahnges have been designed over the past 50 years-not "rocket science". Get some recent interchange designs and make minor modifications.

Finally, "full funding for vouchers". Guess I know who forced that in. Sure, kill public education and make it easy for the well-to-do to educate their kids to become right-wingnut christians.

Don't you think you're being a little tough on Eloy? Do those poor people have to live there and be the but of jokes, too?

I agree with your rank-order of 20 loser designations.

After no 15, it gets a bit thin.

TRy top ten next time.

I want to weigh in on support for the education point: I was a volunteer at Pima Air & Space Museum for 10 years. During the many functions as well as regular visiting times the most well-behaved kids were not the ones from more exclusive areas. No, they were from areas of Tucson that were viewed as less affluent. I’d take those kids any day.
