The world is turning into a rotten tomato and the heroes buried beneath our soil are 'turning' in their graves ... notably George Washington. With regard to his FREE PRESS edict: Without it, we are uninformed, unsafe, and un-American.
My wish is that tech oligarchs (Amazon, Facebook, etc.) end their endless marketeering and that Americans will celebrate holidays with food, fun and music, and not "presents" that, by their very nature, are gobbling up resources in the manufacturing process at alarming rates, and then engineered to self-destruct and add billions of tons of waste to this planet. Let's not even mention the hole in the ozone.
