That is a perfect summary. As always, your analysis is right on target.

Right on, Fitz! District 6 was gerrymandered to produce this result. Where do they dig up these people to supposedly “represent” us when they are all in it simply for self-aggrandizement. They are the ignorant ones - ignorant of what has made American democracy great. Their only desire is to destroy and rampage, to reduce minorities and women to junk status.

Unknot your shorts boy. Why, David, does it surprise you that Ciscomani voted for the flamethrower Jim Jordan who gets absolutely nothing accomplished in Congress except chaos. Ciscomani's vote was not unexpected. "The Cisco Kid" has never been a moderate. He hides behind a thin curtain of political word-speak trying to be everything to all. He's twisted in many ways. What is astonishing is that the voter is so gullible, and they believe his dribble. The "Kid" gives me a headache!

Terrific writing, David. I knew Ciscomani was not a moderate. I did not know he was a Christian nationalist. I have been following that movement for several years. We need people to understand exactly what that means.

Vote them out! Run Democrats in EVERY race.

Ciscomani doesn't think the voters in his district are stupid. he knows they are because they put him in office

Not all of us did. It was a close race. The outcome had more to do with redistricting than it did "smarts."

I broke my remote throwing it at the tv during one of his infuriating bullpucky ads. Thank the stars I used my reconstructed shoulder because supergluing the remote is much easier than replacing the tv.

I was extremely disappointed in Engel's campaign last time, she was virtually MIA while Crisco's slimy face was all over the airwaves. Hope she gets it in gear and uses this vote - as well as his ban all abortion hatred - in every single ad.

Ciscomani received a ton of Republican money. It was one of their must wins. She was outspent.

I worked in the same building as Juan for awhile. He struck me as Mr. Look at Me, I’m purrr-fect. He led a retail marketing club, and did it well. He and a colleague left to run McSally’s Green Valley office, as I remember. At the time, there were lots of people coming and going in the building, but he was a man on a mission (and not Father Kino’s).

You expressed my sentiments exactly. Iwas in the process of writing a letter to our 6th district Representative when I took a break to check my inbox. Thanks to "Arizona"s Progressive Voice" I now have some new words I can use to express my true feelings on his vote for that scumbag.

He’s got to go! I live in Grijalva‘s district, but I plan to donate generously to Engel!

I deeply regret to say I live in the Ciscomani 6th district, a stigma I hope to rectify in 2024. He is an avowed member of the Repugnant Renegades that tarnish the Capital today. Vows, oaths, agreements, contracts, treaties and promises are, in the words of their leader, "worthless", as being a vet, myself can attest to. He is loyal to a cowardly man that disrespects America, its military, its citizens and, with the inclusion of his insurgent's, such as Jordan, the Constitution itself. Anybody that calls for the assignation of its generals, disparages its vets and refers to its fallen hero's as "losers" and "suckers" should be occupying a cell in Gitmo, along with the other traitors, not running for president with the assistance of the likes of a Ciscomani.

Have you tried leaving him a comment? Can't do it! He is like that terrible Wadsack rep from here in Oro Valley inthe statehouse.

I have left comments. It's a pain to get around but it can be done. But no one answers his phone, that's for certain.

It was the university’s wrestling team doctor who stands accused of the abuse, not the head coach. More here @Politico:

As we know in AZ. a person could get very discourage. Primarily by the antics of the sad people in the article. I have worked on campaigns (for other candidates) and it's hard to see how entrenched the nutters are is truly amazing. THX for the article!
