We need this in every state! We're snowbirds, so we "enjoy" Arizona politics during the months we are here. Wish there was an equivilent to Secular Arizona in Oregon. Thanks, again, for your caring and writing. Happy Book Festival!
We are a unique to AZ, but you may try Googling Humanists of Greater Phoenix, Sunday Assembly, Freedom From Religion Foundation and Americans United to see what chapters/lawsuits/activities they may have in Oregon. Secular folks are a growing segment of the population… some estimate as high as 30%.
Major cheers for books! IMHO: Books and horses saved my entire life. I've been "to the fair" but can't go anymore. Conditions of life as a senior citizen are a crashing bore and burden. So there!
