Driving 285 from Denver to Santa Fe yesterday, we passed a horse trailer with this sprayed on in blue: “Doin’ the Harris Walz!”

The driver gave us a practiced royal wave when we honked 👍

Those of us who are less artistic, are painting (or buying) blue rocks with progressive messages. We and scattering them in places like outside libraries, Hobby Lobby, chick Filet etc or giving them to people when we canvas. But I am too inept to show one in this comment. Check out Voting Blue Rocks on Face Book for examples. Thanks for the great signs!

I, too, have an elaborate display of signs ... candidate signs, recycled signs updated for 2024 and one handmade sign about the propositions and MAGA judges Bolick and King. The right is saying that the Democrats are being hyperbolic when we say that the Republicans are a threat to democracy. I updated my vintage Pima Dems "Save Democracy. Vote Democrat" sign with a long list of Republican propositons on the November ballot that diminish democracy and attack voter rights. Vote YES on Prop 139 to put abortion rights in the Arizona Constituion and NO on all other propositions. (BTW, I love my Kamala shirt from your brother.)

I'm worn out clicking on little red hearts! Yes! We CAN do it. We MUST do it. We SHALL do it. Elect Kamala Harris and Tim Walz! Do the sing-a-long: "They Say It's A Sign Of The Times!" (If you're old enuff you know this one!) To quote Sam Elliott: "Be A Man ... Vote For A Woman!" --- "Ladies and Gentlemen: Start Your Engines! " The starter's gun has fired. Pedal to the metal: FLOOR it!

I note that many Harris signs have been vandalized. Sure says something about the other side.

Also check to confirm that your voter registration and early voter registration are up to date. Just to make sure some Republican hasn't removed you from the voter list. There were over 700,000 names removed from the rolls in North Carolina - odds are they were Democrats' names. Can't be too careful.

Speaking of 'signs', I have inquired of the Pima County Administration if the placement of political signs is permissible in the center divide of major (or minor) county streets. It seems the one candidate taking advantage of this 'placement' is a known felon and sexual predator. I have yet to received a response and the eyesore signs remain as a reminder of 'the thing' signs along I-10 some years ago.
